With 26 years of experience in the screen printing, promotional products, and branded apparel industry, Mandy brings a relationship-driven approach to sales and a passion for connecting people and businesses. Throughout her career, she’s built strong relationships across the Southwest Michigan business community and developed a reputation for bringing people together and creating meaningful opportunities.

Mandy has also experienced entrepreneurship firsthand as a business owner, giving her a unique perspective on both the challenges and rewards that come with running a business.

Today, Mandy serves as the Sales Manager at 2nGage, where she brings that same passion for relationships and networking. She believes people do business with people they know, like, and trust, and she genuinely enjoys helping businesses make connections and build relationships that last.

Whether she’s working with a client, making an introduction, or meeting someone new, Mandy is always looking for ways to connect people and businesses and help create opportunities for growth. 

Community & Recognition

Mandy is also the host of Barrels, Bottles, and Brews, where she brings people together and helps create connections throughout the local community each month. Her passion for networking and building relationships extends beyond her work at 2nGage. In 2025, Mandy was also honored as Portage Business Person of the Year on Alignable, recognizing her involvement in the local business community.
